To achieve our mission we use martial arts and fitness training to build self worth and personal protection. This allows our students to own confidence, leadership skills, the ability to overcome challenges, and the tools to thrive!

Why It Works!
Our instructors have achieved Black Belt and Master ranks in multiple forms of martial arts ranging from standing to ground technique, unarmed, armed, weapons, traditional, modern, extreme tricking, meditation, and more. Combined there is over 150 years of international martial arts experience partnering to share the best of their knowledge. Through this blending of first hand experience our team has become national and international experts in self defense, life skills, world champion coaching, civilian and military combat, fitness, nutrition, education, special needs, and personal development. So our students have access to World Class Instruction right in their own back yards!

Shotokan Karate
The art of the empty hand. Originates from Japan and utilizes hand, kick, and trapping techniques.
World Class
Our students and instructors repeatedly dominate in state, national, and international competition!
Tae Kwon Do
The way of the hand and foot. From Korea, this art is best known for impressively fast and high flying kicks.
Academic & Group Curriculum
For more than 10 years we have delivered martial arts instruction and leadership training to Daycares, K-12 Schools, Universities, Sports Teams, and Businesses.
Chukido Kwan is a blend of styles containing Hapkido, Judo, Karate, Wing Chun and more. It's best know for transitioning between the 4 fight zones.
Our expertise has been recruited by military, police, corrections, and other security professionals.
